What is QualityClub?
It’s a six-month online group training and coaching program, run via Teams, with a 3-hour module and a 1-hour spotlight session each month.
Who is QualityClub for?
Whether you’re a team of one, or part of a bigger group, we know you face multiple challenges in crafting a quality or clinical governance role.
Doesn’t matter where you sit: acute, aged, mental health, community, disability. If you’re in a quality role, QualityClub is for you!
You might be:
· new to quality and just finding your way
· have experience and want a refresh
· in a specific field, such as complaints or incident management, and want to know the bigger picture, become a generalist, or seek a promotion
QualityClub can help in each case. You’ll be part of a group of like-minded quality practitioners, focused on gaining more competence and confidence in their role.
When is QualityClub?
The next cohort runs from July – December 2025
The sessions are one part coaching, one part training and one part peer support. You’ll have access to a live message board where the Cathys answer any questions you have in between modules.
Who runs QualityClub?
It’s run by the two Cathys – Balding & Jones who host the No Harm Done Podcast and have worked in quality, risk and clinical governance for decades.
What do participants say?
We’ve had great feedback from previous participants who are now QualityClubbers for life! They reported feeling more confident at work, with a better understanding of their role and getting the right things done. They enjoyed meeting others with the same issues, sharing ups and downs with colleagues who experience the same challenges. They found their tribe!
What will you get from QualityClub?
QualityClub supports you to design the basic requirements for a successful quality role and helps you to craft your role to be more effective and enjoyable. Unique to QualityClub is our focus on both professional ‘power’ skills, that can be difficult to acquire, but essential to success, as well as technical skills.
We cover:
· Influence others for action
· Get a message out so it’s heard and acted on
· Earn respect
· Engage staff in improvement
· Tried and tested resources to build your toolkit
What do you get at the end?
And at the end of six months, you’ll be able to wave a certificate and digital badge saying you’re a graduate of QualityClub!
We’d love to see you in QualityClub!
